Tastemaker Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully, as they apply to your use of this website and mobile application ("Platform") and any Tastemaker-related steps and procedures.
As the Platform evolves, new services or features may be added. If these additions impact the Terms, changes may be made accordingly. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes take effect once posted on the Platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Tastemaker Roles & Account
We offer three Tastemaker roles: Tastemaker, Tastemaker+ and Filmmaker (collectively as "Tastemakers").
Tastemaker
All users are in this role by default upon registration on Ztor As a Tastemaker, you can purchase Popcorn, rate content using the Tastemaker rating, and create both "Reviews" and "Topics" and "Topics" (collectively as "Reviews"). All Reviews are eligible for the commission scheme.
Tastemaker+
This role is available by invitation only from Ztor As a Tastemaker+, you inherit most of the features from the Tastemaker role, including the ability to rate content using the Tastemaker rating, create Reviews and be eligible for the commission scheme.
Filmmaker
This role is reserved for individuals with film production or acting experience and is available by invitation only from Ztor As a Filmmaker, you inherit all features from Tastemaker+. You can provide a unique Filmmaker rating for content, and your reviews will be highlighted on Ztor
All accounts are not supposed to be shared to one another.
3. Disclaimer about Reviews on Ztor.
Ztor to provides Tastemakers a platform for sharing views. Reviews, comments, ideas and opinions published or expressed by Tastemakers on Ztor does not represent Ztor's position.
We make or give no condition, representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, currency, correctness, reliability, integrity, quality, fitness for purpose or originality of any content of the Platform and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, conditions or other terms of any kind are hereby excluded, although we do not exclude or limit our liability to you for any fraudulent misrepresentation we make via the Platform or any other liability to the extent it may not be excluded or limited in accordance with applicable laws.
Whilst we try to make sure that all information contained on the Platform (other than any user-generated content, if any) is correct, it is not intended to amount to authority or advice on which reliance should be placed. You should check any information on the Platform and exercise your own judgement before acting upon any of the information available to you on the Platform. You must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any content of the Platform, including reliance on the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any content of the Platform. All information provided on or via the Platform is for information purposes only. You should seek your own independent advice with respect to any content of the Platform.
4. Commission Scheme
Once a user uses popcorn to rent certain content via a designated individual link provided by a Tastemaker ("Tastemaker's link"), the Tastemaker is entitled to a commission. The Commission model is structured in tiers differentiated by the amount of gross revenue. The gross revenue is the total income derived from Tastemaker's link(s) received by Ztor, while the net revenue refers to the net amount of gross revenue after deducting payment processing fees, streaming costs and platform fees.
The tiers of commission are as follows:
Hong Kong Dollor
Monthly gross revenue below HK$3,000: 10% of net revenue
Monthly gross revenue from HK$3,000 to HK$10,000 (both figures inclusive): 12% of net revenue
Monthly gross revenue above HK$10,000: 15% of net revenue
New Taiwan Dollar
Monthly gross revenue below NTD 12,000: 10% of net revenue
Monthly gross revenue from NTD 12,000 to NTD 39,999 (both figures inclusive): 12% of net revenue
Monthly gross revenue above NTD 40,000: 15% of net revenue
5. Commission Withdrawal
All Users
Tastemakers maintain two balances: a withdrawablel balance and the current month's earnings. Tastemakers can only withdraw from the withdrawalble balance with a minimum withdrawal amount of HK$1,000 or NT$4,000.
Tastemakers should submit withdrawal requests before the 10th of each calendar month; those who apply within the month will receive commission by the 15th of the following calendar month.
For the first withdrawal request, Tastemakers are required to provide the following information: full name (as per identity card), identity card number, residential address, contact number, email, and bank account details (account name must be the same as the ID card). All personal information collected will be used solely for payment processing. For details regarding the collection of personal information, please refer to the [Privacy Policy]

Applicable to Taiwan Users only
If you select a Taiwan bank to collect your commission, your commission will be converted to NTD at our exchange rate and your residential address must be in Taiwan. Applicable taxes of 7.11% will be deducted from your commission for Taiwan tax submission.
6. Performance Report
A performance report is available on Ztor which evaluates the performance of Reviews and shows your commissions entitlement.
